Angus is a professionally trained chef with over 20 years experience cooking in kitchens all over the world. He specialises in vegetarian and plant based food.
He set up the kitchen of Auckland’s best plant based restaurant The Butcher’s Son.
Angus has been on his yogic journey for 20 years-training in Rishikesh, India,- the birth place of yoga. His journey has explored Kundalini Yoga, Mindfulness based yoga, Rocket Yoga and Buddhist meditation. His varied fun filled classes mix energetic sequences with deep mind clearing meditations.
